Chicken Claypot Rice

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 435g jasmine rice 
  • 531g water 
  • 15g garlic oil 
  • 170g bok choy 
  • 12g green onion, chopped 
  • 5g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and chopped 
  • 300g chicken leg, diced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine diced chicken leg and soaked chopped shiitake mushrooms. 
  2. Add ginger juice and Shaoxing wine. 
  3. Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic oil, cornstarch, and water; mix until evenly coated. 
  4. Place rice into the rice cooker pot. 
  5. Add garlic oil and chicken broth. 
  6. Close the lid and start the cooking function. 
  7. Open the lid, mix well, and serve.
