Chicken Claypot Rice
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 435g jasmine rice
- 531g water
- 15g garlic oil
- 170g bok choy
- 12g green onion, chopped
- 5g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and chopped
- 300g chicken leg, diced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken leg and soaked chopped shiitake mushrooms.
- Add ginger juice and Shaoxing wine.
- Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic oil, cornstarch, and water; mix until evenly coated.
- Place rice into the rice cooker pot.
- Add garlic oil and chicken broth.
- Close the lid and start the cooking function.
- Open the lid, mix well, and serve.
