Return & Refund Policy

Returns
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Customers can return selected items purchase from our website, and the requests can be submit through us.

Tefal reserve the right to amend, vary or modify these terms at any time, without giving prior notice to the customer.

Return Eligibility Period
Unless otherwise stated, we provides our customer with 15 days return period for item from the date of delivery.

The standard Return Period shall apply on all products, unless otherwise stated on the Product Description Page (PDP), or has been excluded under the non-Returnable items Policy.

Eligible Reasons for Returns
Customers can initiate aq request to return their pruchases with the following return reason: 

  • Item is defective or not working as intended
  • Item doesn't match description of pictures
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing accessories or freebies
  • Item size is not as advertised
  • Packaging of parcel is damaged
  • Item physically damaged upon opening parcel
  • Missing item in the parcel delivered
  • Change of Mind (*For Selected Products)

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligble for returns due to health, safety, personal care, regulatory and other considerations. The list of non-returnable items can be found in the Non-Returnable Items Policy.

Conditions for Returns

Items and packages returned to us must be in a condition that is acceptable in order to be eligble for a return and refund. Unless otherwise stated or provide in writing, custonmer must ensure that:

All items are returned in original condition. This means that all original labels, tags, security seals, serial numbers, must be intact and not tampered with;

Items, if received as a set, must be returned as a complete set (i.e. no incomplete returns). All the free gifts, accessories, documentation and peripherals provide within the product packages (e.g. product accessories, warranty card, certificates of authencity, etc), or provided together with the product as an independent singular items (e.g. free gift), must be not missing; and/or

Item, accessories and peripherals are in good and/or working condition, do not contain missing parts, and are not damaged, altered or found to be in unsellable condition while under the buyer's care (e.g due to customer negligence, misuse or tampering).

Change of Mind Returns


Customer may change their mind and return selected items within the stipulated reurns period subject to the conditions of Change of Mind Returns. Items eligible for Change of Mind return will be mentioned on the items' Product Description Page (PDP). Items that are non-returnable are not eligble for Change or Mind returns. 

Condition of Change of Mind Returns

Unless otherwise stated:
Packaging of items must be unopened/unsealed. Product packaging, including but not limited to, protective shields, protective plastics, protective covers, product boxes, dust bag,, accessories and peripherals to secure products for shipping must be included in the return pacakage;

If items require instllation and have been installed, the items would no longer be eligible for Change of Mind Returns: and

All items must be returned in original condition and all original labels, tags, security seals, serial numbers, must be intact and not tampered with.

Return Shipping

Our delivery team may decline to accept or receive the customer's parcel if it is not labeled or secured for exchange shipment. For ease of processing and to ensure that our delivery team collect the correct item, customers are encouraged to label parcel with the order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Returns

It is customers' responsibility to ensure that the correct item is packed and returned, and where applicable, ensure complete set of gifts, accessories or peripheral. customer may not receive the new item in the event if the order receives incorrect or incomplete returns.

Incomplete returns - we may require the customers to bear the cost of the return of customer's incomplete parcel and the customer will not be reimbursed for any costs. the customer may not claim againts us for any cost incurred, whether directly or indirectly. 

Refunds

Customers' eligibility for a refund and when the refund is processed and received depend on several factors, including but not limited to our return policy, conditions of returns, refund processing by us, and customers' payment methods. In principle, we will start processing the refund after we have received the returned items and performed the quality checks. 

Refunds are usually made through the payment method used at the point of purchase.

When Refund Processing concludes, there will be and additional lead time for the refunds to be reflected on the customers' refund method account balance. The lead time will depend on the refund method provider's (e.g. financial institutions) refund processing policy.

We may take up to ten (10) business days to receive and process your request for a refund. 

Receiving Refunds

Processed refunds will take time to be reflected on the customers' account balance and this is dependable on providers of the refund menthod. Point of purchase will refund to the same method. Time taken to receive refund after refund processed 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Amount. the amount refunded to your account shall be calculated based on the actual amount paid during checkout. Shipping fee may pro-rated for partial refunds.

Vouchers, Discounts and Promotions. The sum of value of voucher, discounts, and any promotions may not be refunded in cash or in kind, and may not be reinstated to your account, subject to additional terms and conditions of each promotion.
