Mango Sticky Rice
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 350g glutinous rice
- 500g butterfly pea flower water (soaked from 10g dried
butterfly pea flowers) - 200ml coconut milk
- 60g white sugar
- 1.5g salt
- 200g ripe mango, peeled and sliced
- 1g toasted mung bean crisp
Steps
- Place glutinous rice in the rice cooker pot.
- Pour butterfly pea flower water until level with the rice.
- Close the lid and start the "cook rice"
function. - Pour coconut milk, sugar, and salt into the cooked rice.
- Mix well.
- Serve with mango slices and drizzle with extra coconut milk.
