Rainbow Grain Rice
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 150g brown rice
- 80g quinoa
- 120g oat rice
- 100g sweet corn kernels
- 430g water
- 2g salt
Steps
- Soak mixed grains in water.
- After soaking, drain and place grains into the rice cooker pot.
- Add water and salt.
- Close the lid and start the "brown rice" mode.
- Open the lid when done — steaming
hot rice is ready. - Serve.
