Rainbow Grain Rice

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 150g brown rice 
  • 80g quinoa 
  • 120g oat rice 
  • 100g sweet corn kernels 
  • 430g water 
  • 2g salt 

Steps

  1. Soak mixed grains in water. 
  2. After soaking, drain and place grains into the rice cooker pot. 
  3. Add water and salt. 
  4. Close the lid and start the "brown rice" mode. 
  5. Open the lid when done — steaming
    hot rice is ready. 
  6. Serve.
