TEFAL YEAR END PROMOTION 2024
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The ‘Tefal Year End Promotion 2024’ (“PROMOTION”) is organized by Groupe SEB Singapore Pte Ltd (“ORGANIZER”).
- By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any amendments thereto (the “T&Cs”).
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the T&Cs from time to time, and modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments, cancellations or suspensions will be posted on the Organizer’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
ELIGIBILITY
- The qualifying period for the Promotion is from 1st November 2024 to 31st January 2025, 2359 hours (both dates inclusive) (“PROMOTION PERIOD”) or such other period as may determine by the Organizer in its absolute discretion.
- This Promotion is open to all legal and permanent residents of Singapore. Employees and the immediate families of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail outlets, related agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Persons below 18 years of age should obtain consent from his/ her parent or legal guardian to enter this Promotion and to be bound in all respects by the T&Cs. Persons below 18 years of age must submit proof or parental or guardian consent for their participations in this Promotion, if required by the Organizer.
- This Promotion is exclusive for Customers who fulfil the following criteria (“QUALIFYING TRANSACTION”):
- Spent a minimum of S$450 nett on Tefal or Rowenta products on a single receipt to receive $50 Capitaland Mall Vouchers during the Promotion Period in Qualifying Locations, as defined in Schedule A
- Each eligible receipt is only entitled to one redemption.
- Registered for the Promotion by sharing their full name, last four alphanumeric numbers of their NRIC, electronic mailing address, mobile number and upload a photo of an original receipt on tefalsg.com/pages/year-end-promotion
- Each entry submitted must correspond to an original electronic mailing address and receipt with a minimum Tefal or Rowenta products purchase value of S$450.
REDEMPTION
- Snap a clear picture of the eligible receipt, ensuring items are clearly shown. Upload the receipt and fill in all details on tefalsg.com/pages/year-end-promotion to ensure Customer does not miss out on claiming the Prize(s).
- Each Qualifying Transaction will entitle a customer to one chance of redemption.
- Customers can access the redemption form at tefalsg.com/pages/year-end-promotion by scanning the QR code.
- The Prize(s) are on a while-stocks-last basis or till the end of the Promotion Period, whichever comes first.
- The redemption to the respective Customers will be verified by external auditors. The Organizer reserves the discretion to change any of the Prize allocation mechanics without giving prior notice or reason. We may appoint any party as we deem fit as an external auditor for the Prize allocation.
- An acknowledgement of registration will be displayed on the website after the E-Form registration has been submitted. This acknowledgement of participation does not entitle a registrant to the Prize, even if the Qualifying Spend requirement is met.
- The Organizer shall email the Prize(s) to the eligible winner to the email address provided within twenty [20] working days once the Promotion ended.
- The Organizer shall reserve the right and absolute discretion to substitute the Prize with another of similar value, at any time without prior notice or the need to provide any reason. The Prize is non-transferable and is given on an “as is” basis and not exchangeable to any cash equivalent.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Organizer is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize.
- The Organizer assumes no liability for any Prize(s) that are lost during mailing or delivery.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Customers’ entry in the Promotion is conditional upon the Customers consenting to the Organizer and its affiliated companies and business units using the Customers’ personal data to conduct verification and other actions in connection with the Promotion (including but not limited to those actions stated in these Promotion Rules). In addition, the above-mentioned parties may also use the personal data for any promotional advertising (included targeted advertising) or marketing activities which the Organizer believes may be of interest to the Customers. This includes sending out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communication and promotional materials to the Customers relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by Organizer and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners.
- Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Organizer may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by the Organizer, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. If a Customer requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made or wishes to withdraw consent to any specific use of his/her personal data, he/she should contact the relevant officer by sending a request through our website at https://tefal.com.sg/.
GENERAL
- By entering this Promotion, the Customers agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion and the decisions of the Organizer shall be final and binding. No appeal shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
- The Promotion Terms & Conditions and the Promotion mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Promotion. The Promotion and its Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the Singapore courts.
- This Promotion is not validin conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
- If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Organizer may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, or invalidate any affected submissions, and shall not be liable for any claim, action, damage, or loss as a result of such cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or invalidation.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense howsoever arising incurred by a Winner in connection with this Promotion, including the collection and subsequent use of the awarded Gift Set and Prize.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, publicity, brochure, marketing or promotional material or other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
